Come and Sing Bach in Leipzig
From 20th–24th September 2026, join Choir of the Earth Events on our incredible Come and Sing Bach in Leipzig trip!
This will be a truly unforgettable journey, walking in the footsteps of the greatest Baroque master, Johann Sebastian Bach. Prepare for an immersive experience culminating in a performance of Bach’s Magnificat, accompanied by a professional Baroque orchestra, in the historic St Nicholas Church - where Bach himself conducted. This is the ultimate pilgrimage for any choral singer!
Bach and Pachelbel - baroque pitch concert
Join Musical Director Ben England for a special sing through of the choruses from Bach's Magnificat, Cantatas 140 and 147 plus Pachelbel's Magnificat and one other special surprise! All the music in this concert is performed by professional musicians and is at baroque pitch, so one semitone lower than written. Everyone is very welcome to enjoy this concert live or later.
Choir of the Earth presents Haydn's Missa In Angustiis (Nelson Mass) at Esterházy Palace, Eisenstadt
Join Choir of the Earth on Thursday 25 September 2025 at 18:00 CEST, as they perform Joseph Haydn’s Missa in Angustiis (“Nelson Mass”) in the magnificent Haydnsaal at Schloss Esterházy, Eisenstadt. The will be accompanied by local professional soloists and musicians, conducted by Musical Director Ben England. Admission is by donation, with proceeds supporting two local children’s charities.
