Choir of the Earth Zoom Christmas Party
On Friday 20 December 2024 at 20:00 GMT, join Team COTE and the rest of the Choir at our 2024 Christmas Zoom Party! After our earlier Christmas concert, join the Zoom for a welcome from the team, before splitting off into smaller groups to meet, chat and mingle with your fellow singers. A fantastic way to end a big year for COTE, we look forward to celebrating with you then!
Choir of the Earth Christmas Concert 2024: J.S. Bach's Magnificat
On Friday 20 December 2024 at 19:00 GMT, join Choir of the Earth for our 2024 Christmas Concert. Between September and November 2024, our global singers united to learn and record J.S. Bach’s Magnificat. This concert, showcasing their fantastic final performance, will be conducted live by our Musical Director, Ben England BEM, and streamed on our YouTube channel. It’s free for all to enjoy, although donaions to Earth Choir Academy are very welcome.
Advent Calendar 2024
Each year Choir of the Earth gifts its members a very special advent calendar, with a choral treat behind every bauble between 1st and 25th December. Please enjoy the calendar and our thanks for your support and hard work this year.
Haydn's "Nelson" Mass Pre-Concert Intro (live with Ben, for current members only)
On Friday 27 September 2024 at 16:45 UK time, current members of Choir of the Earth are invited to join Ben for pre-concert chat and warm up ahead of our premiere performance of Haydn's "Nelson" Mass! This livestream link will automatically take you to the concert afterwards.
Mini Monteverdi Concert 3
Current COTE Members are warmly invited to join Ben on Tuesday 18 June 2024 at 18:30 UK Time for the unofficial unveiling of our final six choral movements of Claudio Monteverdi's 1610 Vespers, as recorded by Choir of the Earth in association with Fiori Musicali. The performance will include Lauda Jerusalem, Ave Maris Stella, Magnificat, Gloria Patri, Sicut Erat and Et Misericordia.
These previews are for COTE Members only, as further tweaks will be made to the mixes before the full concert is premiered publicly, so please do not share the link to this live stream.
Fundraiser - SIC & COTE: The Complete Collections
As a choir, we have recorded 356 tracks under The Self-Isolation Choir / Orchestra banner and 225 tracks with Choir of the Earth. Now for the very first time, as a fundraiser for Choir of the Earth, all of these tracks are available to purchase in the form of two digital boxset collections: The Self-Isolation Choir: The Complete Collection and Choir of the Earth: The Complete Collection.

Join Ben for the unofficial unveiled of the first three choral movements of Claudio Monteverdi's magnificent Vespers, as recorded by Choir of the Earth in conjuction with Fiori Musicali! The performance will include the "Deus in adjutorium," "Dixit Dominus," and "Laudate pueri".

Mozart Requiem: an informal come and sing concert recorded in Dublin on 11 March 2024
On Monday 11 March 2024, lots of wonderful choral singers met in St Ann’s Church in Dublin, Ireland, for a Mozart Requiem ‘come and sing’ event, run by Choir of the Earth in association with Labrador Events.
Conducted by our very own Ben England BEM, a day of workshops culminated in an informal concert performance featuring fantastic local musicians, including:

Brahms Requiem conducted by Harry Bradford concert rerun | COTE members watch party
On Monday 8 April 2024, Choir of the Earth will launch our next course to learn, record and create a hybrid live/digital performance of Brahms’ Requiem with the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra and Choir. In anticipation of this, please enjoy one of our earliest concerts: Brahms’ Requiem, performed by The Self-Isolation Choir (now Choir of the Earth), conducted by Harry Bradford.

On Monday 11 March 2024, lots of wonderful choral singers will meet in St Ann’s Church in Dublin, Ireland, for a Mozart Requiem ‘come and sing’ event, led by our very own Ben England BEM.
We had hoped to stream this live but unfortunately due to technical difficulties this will not be possible. We will confirm in due course when the recording will be shown. We apologise for any disappointment.

On Saturday 9 March 2024, lots of wonderful choral singers will meet in St John’s Church in Edinburgh, Scotland, for a Mozart Requiem ‘come and sing’ event, led by Ben England BEM. It will culminate in an informal concert performance featuring local soloists.

Join us for a watch party of one our most unique and fun concerts… the so-called “Four Bens” performance of Mozart’s marvellous Requiem! Thoroughly channeling his inner Wolfgang - both musically and in terms of coiffure - Ben England BEM conducts the full Requiem in split screen, conducting each voice part separately.

By popular demand following our recent Fireside Chats with Fieri Consort, Ben and Mark light the fire and put the kettle on for a chat with pianist, organist, conductor, composer and man of many talents, Richard Gowers!
