IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Passports will be required to complete the booking form, so please have them ready.
The Terms & Conditions between Earth Choir Academy and participants reflect those agreed with our tour partners at Concerts-Austria and are therefore non-negotiable. We appreciate you not putting us in the awkward position of having to refuse any requests to make individual exceptions or to alter the final terms and conditions.
BOOKING PROCESS
147 places in total have been made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
COTE Members will be emailed a members-only booking link at 3pm on Tuesday 25 November 2025.
The public booking link will appear on this page at 3pm on Thursday 27 November 2025.
After submitting your registration form you will receive an email with a link to a second verification form. This must also be completed to finalise your booking.
There may be a short delay between submitting your registration form and receiving the email with the verification form link - this is normal. If you do not receive the second email, please check your Spam/Junk folders before contacting us.
If you are booking for more than one person, e.g. for yourself plus an audience-only spouse, you will need to submit both a separate registration form and a separate verification form for each individual, i.e. 4 forms in total.
At this point your place is reserved; you will then be invoiced within two working days.
Your booking is not confirmed until you make your first payment; places not paid for (by minimum 30% deposit, or in full) or cancelled in writing within 7 days of registration will be cancelled and offered again for sale.
If all available places are reserved, the booking form will direct you to join our waiting list.
VOICE PART BALANCE
Capacity: We have a total of 147 places, with a maximum of 110 singers.
Voice Parts: We are holding a number of places in reserve for tenors and sopranos to ensure a balanced choir. If your preferred voice part is full, therefore, there will be an option in the booking form to either go back and select a different one if your vocal range permits, or to join the waiting list.
AUDIENCE-ONLY PLACES
For each singing participant, you may book a maximum of one audience-only place (e.g. for a spouse). You must be willing to share a room with this person.
Audience-only places are limited; there are a total of 37 available to book.
TRANSFER OF BOOKINGS
If you book a place but later find you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a third party, subject to written approval from Earth Choir Academy. An administration fee (£50) will apply to cover the costs of processing the transfer.
EXTENDING YOUR STAY?
We warmly welcome you to extend your stay in Leipzig before or after the tour, and the hotel has put aside a certain number of rooms for this purpose (see itinerary for details). However, please note that Earth Choir Academy and our partners at Concerts-Austria cannot assist with additional trip planning, such as contacting hotels on your behalf or making further arrangements.
