Your Voice Louder - Special Livestream | Fifth Anniversary Festival
On 31 March 2025, Choir of the Earth officially turned 5! As part of our Fifth Anniversary Festival celebrations, join us at 15:00 BST (UK time) on Thursday 3 April 2025 for a very special livestream, where we want to hear from YOU! As well as musical highlights from the last five years, Ben will play your voice messages and read out your written messages. Whether you’re a current member or it’s been a while and you’re feeling reflective, please drop us a message! Wish the choir a happy birthday, tell us what COTE has meant to you… or even tell us your favourite music joke! We can’t wait to hear from you!
Choir of the Earth presents: Over To Mark
Join us for a heartwarming session where Choir of the Earth's incredible Founder Mark Strachan BEM leads us on a musical trip through the memories and melodies of his time with the Choir. With support from Musical Director Ben England BEM, Mark will take us on a rollercoaster of emotions as he explains what the past 4+ years have meant to him.
Johannes Brahams: Ein Deutsches Requiem with Bergen Philharmonic - Course Launch
We are so excited and honoured to collaborate with the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra and Choir again, this time on Brahms’ Requiem in German (Ein Deutsches Requiem). Ben England BEM, will teach the Requiem, starting with our course launch on Monday 8 April 2024 at 17:00 UK time. The launch is open to all as a taste of what we offer and how it works. On Monday 11 March 2024, lots of wonderful choral singers will meet in St Ann’s Church in Dublin, Ireland, for a Mozart Requiem ‘come and sing’ event, led by our very own Ben England BEM.
We had hoped to stream this live but unfortunately due to technical difficulties this will not be possible. We will confirm in due course when the recording will be shown. We apologise for any disappointment.

On Saturday 9 March 2024, lots of wonderful choral singers will meet in St John’s Church in Edinburgh, Scotland, for a Mozart Requiem ‘come and sing’ event, led by Ben England BEM. It will culminate in an informal concert performance featuring local soloists.
