Choir of the Earth presents Haydn's Harmoniemesse | a concert premiere

The link to the premiere will appear here closer to the time

Join Choir of the Earth for the public premiere of our international choral performance of Joseph Haydn’s Harmoniemesse, also known as the Harmony Mass.

This recording is the result of our 2025 online course, where singers around the world learned, rehearsed and recorded this magnificent work under the direction of our Musical Director, Ben England.

Written in 1802, the Harmoniemesse was Haydn’s final Mass setting and is celebrated for its expressive choral writing and richly coloured orchestration, with wind instruments playing a particularly important role.

For this Concert Premiere, Choir of the Earth’s studio-mixed recording will be presented with beautiful imagery to reflect the beauty of Haydn’s music and the warmth, dedication and artistry of our global choir. The performance also features organ by Richard Gowers and solos from Fieri Consort.
