Join world-renowned vocal ensemble The Gesualdo Six and members of global phenomenon Choir of the Earth in the magnificent surroundings of Lincoln Cathedral for an evening of glorious Renaissance music. 

At the heart of the programme is William Byrd’s iconic Mass for Five Voices performed by both ensembles, returning to the cathedral where Byrd served as Master of the Choristers until 1572.  The concert will also feature his sublime Ave verum corpus, alongside much-loved English Renaissance works including Tallis’s If Ye Love Me and O Nata Lux, and Weelkes’s jubilant Hosanna to the Son of David.

Experience the soaring harmonies and profound beauty of these timeless masterpieces, performed by exceptional voices in one of England’s finest sacred spaces.  This special concert is presented in support of St Barnabas Hospice, helping the charity continue its vital work caring for people across Lincolnshire.
