What Does It Cost?
Residential Place: £545 per person sharing a twin room *
Includes 3 nights in a central 3-star hotel with breakfast, all workshops, activities, concerts, and one group dinner, plus pre-event learning and rehearsal resources.
* Single occupancy room available for a £225 supplement
Non-Residential Place: £330
Includes all workshops, activities, concerts, and one group dinner (excluding hotel stay and breakfasts), plus pre-event learning and rehearsal resources.. Ideal for locals or those arranging their own accommodation.

90 places are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
A maximum of 40 single supplement places are available (see T&Cs for details).
Non-residential places are also available for those living locally or arranging their own accommodation.
After submitting the registration form at the link below, you will receive an emailed invoice within 48 hours. This must be settled to finalise your booking.
If you do not receive the invoice within that time, please check your Spam/Junk folders before contacting us.
If you are booking residential places for more than one person, e.g. for yourself and a partner, you will need to submit both a separate registration form for each individual.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Unpaid places will be cancelled after 7 days and re-offered for sale. A £10 admin fee will apply unless you cancel in writing within that time.
If all places are filled, the booking form will direct you to the waiting list.

The Terms & Conditions between Earth Choir Academy and participants reflect those agreed with third party businesses are therefore non-negotiable. We appreciate you not putting us in the awkward position of having to refuse any requests to make individual exceptions or to alter the final terms and conditions.

Each singing participant who stays at the hotel may book one non-singing place (e.g., for a partner).
You must be willing to share a room with your guest.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with written approval from Earth Choir Academy.
A 10% administration fee applies to cover transfer processing.

You are welcome to extend your stay in Bristol before or after the event.
However, Earth Choir Academy cannot assist with additional trip planning, such as contacting hotels or making further arrangements.
