SIC to offer virtual Summer School and Elijah At Home online choral courses

The Self-Isolation Choir will offer a virtual Summer School from 22 June 2020, followed by a new course to learn and record Felix Mendelssohn’s Elijah in the Autumn.

Following the success of Messiah at Home, we are delighted to offer these exciting opportunities this summer and autumn.

The programme from Summer School will be led by conductor Ben England and will include:

  • Summer School Week One (22-26 June): A John Rutter Celebration

  • Summer School Week Two (20-24 July): The Splendour of Church Anthems & Quanta Qualia

  • Summer School Week Three (17-21 August): Vivaldi’s Gloria in D Major

We are excited to be working with Fieri Consort on the guide tracks for our John Rutter pieces.
