Requiems at Home series announced

The Self-Isolation Choir presents a new ‘Requiems at Home’ series of online choral courses - learn, sing and record Requiems by Faure, Brahms, Durufle, Verdi and Mozart from August 2020 into early 2021.

We welcome Harry Bradford to teach the first four of these works: Faure’s Requiem, Brahms’ Requiem (in German), Durufle’s Requiem and Verdi’s Requiem. Harry’s chamber choir, Recordare, will record the guide tracks we will use for these courses.

Then in January 2021, we welcome back our Musical Director Ben England to teach Mozart’s Requiem, with guide tracks from Fieri Consort.

Unique to The Self-Isolation Choir, we invite you to record your own voice for the complete Requiem: learn the chorus and solo parts too - why not?

We offer full rehearsals for each voice part: soprano, alto, tenor and bass, all taught separately.

See https://www.theselfisolationchoir.com/requiems-at-home for further details and to sign up now!
